About me
Mark Peters grew up in the quiet town of Boonah, Queensland, and now lives in Ipswich, where he balances writing with day-to-day life and a head full of stories. A lifelong lover of fantasy, his creative spark was first lit by the pages of The Lord of the Rings, the eerie pull of Stephen King novels, and countless Dungeons & Dragons rulebooks and novels.
Though Veilborne is his debut novel, Mark has long been drawn to coming-of-age tales like Harry Potter and Percy Jackson—stories where ordinary kids uncover extraordinary destinies. With The Holloway Chronicles, he set out to craft a fantasy adventure with heart, mystery, and a strong female lead at its center.
My Writing Style
I like to think I have a cinematic way of writing. I have the Holloway Chronicles, a set of 4 maybe 5 books planned. I also have a survival horror book set in a post apocalyptic world filled with zombies and vampires which is also based off a First Person Survival game that I am developing for the PC. I also have plans for some horror novels and maybe even some science fiction novels.
My Aspirations
I am hoping to become a full time writer, I have so many stories i want to tell.
